People often assume that when I talk about Health I am talking about nutrition and what we are allowed to eat or not allowed to eat. But health is so much more that. We were created body, mind and spirit and if we are truly going to live healthy lives, we need to take all 3 of these aspects into account.
It is my own personal journey of health that has led me to become a Health Coach. I have gone from a deep dark place where, on my darkest days I didn’t feel like God Himself can get me out of there, to a place where I am flourishing and can now live life to the fullest.
Over 10 weeks, we’ll meet in person once a week for two hours – gathering in a supportive group setting where real conversations and lasting change can happen.
