What is the Journey to Healthy Living Book All About?
This book includes 10 life-giving modules that we will work through over a course of 10 weeks. We look at how to eat in a way that brings down inflammation in the body and balances hormones. As you gain understanding of these steps and start applying them your blood sugar levels will stabilise and you will experience clarity of mind, more energy, balanced hormones, less anxiety, more joy and a larger capacity to deal with the stressors of daily life. You will experience what it feels like to be the best version of yourself. But we don’t only look at nutrition. We look at all the other lifestyle factors that play a role in supporting your body and your mind so that you can live the life, do the things and be the person you were created to be.
