12 week Transform program

The 3/6/36 rule states that it takes 3 weeks to unlearn an old habit. 6 weeks to learn a new one and 36 weeks for it to become second nature.

The Transform program are for those who are ready to make a true transformation.  This 12-week program is designed to create lasting, life-changing results. With three months of dedicated coaching and support, you will not only develop healthier habits but also experience a deep shift in your mindset and overall well-being. Transform is about more than just temporary change – it’s about becoming the best version of yourself, with a solid foundation for long-term success.

The Village Talk

Join me at the Village Talk once a term where we discuss matters around healthy parenting and what it means to raise a healthy child.  We look at ourselves and our children as whole beings, body, mind and spirit and how to nourish all 3 of these areas well. The talks are hosted at Familiar Wine Farm in Stellenbosch.
